Catching Up

So, Jenny put together a package for her brother (who is on a mission in Sweden), which included pictures and basically qualified as a blog posting. So, posting it here seemed like the laziest possible way that we could blog. Enjoy!

Henry is getting cuter, fatter, and funnier. Do you like the last one? It makes me laugh every time I see it. Don't mess with him.





We blessed Henry at church on the second Sunday of April. Here he is with his sisters, cousin Aurelia, Grandma and Grandpa Draper, and Grandma and Grandpa Goodman.



Madeleine is very good at being a big sister to Henry. Not pictured: how Tori's boundless excitement for her baby brother keeps her from ever leaving him alone. We are terrified of the day that we find him "loved" to death by Tori.



Madeleine also started soccer, and plays every Saturday morning. She does a really good job dribbling and kicking the ball (although it's not always in the right direction).



We went up to Baby Animal Days at the American West Heritage Center in Logan in April. The girls did pretty well. Tori was actually the best with the animals, while Madeleine was kind of nervous around them. But she was still brave and held all of them.



We went to Temple Square for a Family Home Evening in May. It was the first time the girls have ever been up the stairs of the temple. Notice how reverent they were? They thought it was pretty cool.



Tori's love of the summer are roly-polies (a.k.a. pill bugs). Whenever we are outside she collects them and keeps them in her tight, sweaty, little fist. I think she has seven in her hand in this picture. She's gotten upwards of a dozen in there before.



Here we are at the zoo. We will be there often this summer, since we bought a season pass.



Jenny managed to make it through one more year, and had herself a birthday.



Here's Matt with the kids. Notice how slim he looks. He won a biggest loser contest at work and lost 20 lbs. We are very proud of him.



These pictures are our most recent. We went camping with our friends, the Langelands, and it was so much fun. All the kids did great. We camped up Logan Canyon, took a day trip to Bear Lake for raspberry milkshakes, and hiked through Minnetonka Cave.









So far, summer's going great! We hope the next few months can live up to what we've done so far.
