Madeleine and I spent all day singing Happy Birthday to Tori. Madeleine even helped me make her cupcakes and wrap the presents. So although Tori had no idea what was going on, we were excited and having fun.
We had a little party with our families and here are the highlights.
Balloons...need I say more. Sorry about the picture, but even with the fuzziness it captured the fun.

The cupcake cake. Can you tell what it is? It's a pumpkin, of course. And no, the little one is not an orange cherry no matter how much it looks like it. That was Tori's very own pumpkin cake.

She wasn't very interested in the gifts, of course, but her sister and cousin sure enjoyed opening and playing with them.

Tori was very excited to eat her cake, but once it was placed in front of her she wasn't sure how to eat it. The frosting was just too sticky. So after picking at it for a little while, she finally decided to dive in head first. Yummy!

We are sure glad Tori's part of our family. She loves to make us laugh with her antics, loves hugs and kisses, loves music and dancing, and loves her big sister although she is often pushing her buttons as only little sisters know how.

Happy Birthday Tori!

Happy Birthday Tori. She is adorable.
How fun! I was waiting for some birthday pictures.
I don't know if you changed anything about your blog, but I can click on the pictures in this post and make them big. Doing that makes the green frosting on the forehead even cuter.
I love the diving in head first pic! Best 1st bday pic I've seen!
